Returns & Exchanges

At GemsMantraTM, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging and certification tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GemsMantraTM account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
